Kimmy Granger (born Nicole Palin Dalfio) was born on May 18, 1995, in San Diego, California, USA. Of Sicilian descent, she worked as a cocktail waitress at the Little Darlings strip club before becoming a stripper. In 2015, at the age of 20, she debuted in the adult film industry.

She chose the stage surname "Granger" as a tribute to the character Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter series. Kimmy quickly gained popularity due to her petite figure (height 155 cm, weight 45 kg) and striking appearance (brown hair, blue eyes).
