Bridgette B (real name — Luz Abreu) was born on October 15, 1983, in Barcelona, Spain. In 2004, she moved to the United States to pursue higher education and enrolled at Ohio State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising. During her studies, Bridgette worked as a stripper, which eventually led her to a career in the adult film industry.

She began her career in the porn industry in 2008 at the age of 25.
